宽带通信系统中高峰均比的非恒包络调制信号很容易将功率放大器推至非线性区,不仅产生信号频谱扩散,还会大幅度地降低功放的效率,故适当地降低信号功率的峰均比(PAPR)是有必要的。提出了一种改进型的级联噪声滤波削峰算法,以此来降低信号的PAPR。论证了算法的可行性,并且实验结果表明,对PAPR=11.78dB与邻信道功率比ACPR=-74.7dB的单载波宽带码分多址(WCDMA)信号,通过改进型级联噪声滤波削峰,输出信号的PAPR=7.1dB,ACPR=-63dB。削峰输出信号与原信号的归一化均方误差为-55.9dB。此外,该算法在硬件描述语言中很易实现。
In the broadband communication system, the peak-to-average ratio of non-constant envelope modulation signal can easily push the power amplifier to the non-linear region, which not only causes the signal spectrum spread, but also greatly reduces the power amplifier efficiency. Ratio (PAPR) is necessary. An improved cascaded noise filter algorithm for peak clipping is proposed to reduce the signal PAPR. The feasibility of the algorithm is verified. The experimental results show that for single-carrier wideband code division multiple access (WCDMA) with PAPR = 11.78dB and adjacent channel power ratio ACPR = -74.7dB, peak- PAPR of output signal = 7.1dB, ACPR = -63dB. The normalized mean square error of the clipping signal and the original signal is -55.9dB. In addition, the algorithm is easy to implement in the hardware description language.
