我国目前的建筑业及工程管理正处于不断改革与发展的时期,研究工程中的质量控制、进度控制、造价控制三大控制要素对实现工程目标有着直接的意义.本文通过对实现工程项目管理的三大目标控制所进行的分析和总结,提出了一些看法和要求.
