中国人认为民以食为天,然而近年来食品安全却问题频出,消费者对食品安全问题谈之色变,尤其自三鹿三聚氰胺事件后,婴幼儿食品安全问题再一次给人们敲响了警钟。在这样的社会现状下,要重塑食品安全尤为重要。媒体在食品安全问题事件上扮演着重要的角色,做好食品安全事件的报道既是政治任务,同时也是社会责任,媒体在食品安全重塑过程中起着引导、揭露、监督这样的积极作用,然而也存在多种问题,为帮助我国食品安全重塑,媒体应该更专业、更自律,需要建立专业的报道队伍,做到更深入、更真实的报道。同时要发挥公共资源的作用,向普通消费者科普食品安全知识,增强他们对食品安全的认识。
