对同期研究的二种TCuIUD(TCu220C和TCu200C)进行铜离子(Cu~(++))浓度(200例)测定,体外Cu~(++)对精子的影响,改良Sender Cramer′s试验,IUD围排卵期宫颈粘液杀精试验和Cremer′s毛细管试验,体内Cu~(++)对精子的影响等研究。临床和基础研究提示TCuIUD有卓越的抗生育效应,但作用尚不完全,提示Cu~(++)对精子的影响仅是铜节育器抗生育机理之一。
The effects of Cu ~ (++) on spermatozoa in vitro, the modified Sender Cramer’s test, the IUD (TCU220C and TCu200C) Ovulation uterine cervix mucus test and Cremer’s capillary test, in vivo Cu ~ (++) on sperm and other research. Clinical and basic research suggests that TCuIUD has excellent anti-fertility effect, but the effect is not yet complete, suggesting that the effect of Cu ++ on sperm is only one of the mechanisms of anti-fertility of copper IUDs.
