GH242合金是在Ni-Mo-Cr系低膨胀高温合金基础上开发的最新品种,其化学成分及伴生的长程有序反应使之兼有低的热膨胀系数和高温强度特性。针对冶金生产,研究了GH242合金的化学成分控制、确定了合金Mo、Cr等元素的控制范围;研究了真空自耗锭均匀化退火和锻造工艺,有效的优化了合金的晶粒组织;再通过热处理工艺的优化,试制出具有较高高温强度和较低热膨胀系数的GH242合金。
GH242 alloy is the latest product developed on the basis of Ni-Mo-Cr low-expansion superalloy. Its chemical composition and accompanying long-range order reaction combine low thermal expansion coefficient and high temperature strength. According to the metallurgical production, the chemical composition control of GH242 alloy was studied, the control range of Mo, Cr and other elements was determined. The annealing and forging process of homogenization of vacuum consumable ingot was studied, and the grain structure of the alloy was optimized. Heat treatment process optimization, trial production of high temperature strength and lower thermal expansion coefficient of GH242 alloy.
