本研究利用SSR标记技术,对42份甘肃省主栽的马铃薯品种进行了遗传多样性分析。研究表明,从206对SSR引物中筛选出11对多态性高、谱带清晰的引物,共扩增出124个等位位点,其中112个为多态性位点,多态性比率为89.5%。每对SSR引物扩增的多态性位点数为4~16个,平均10.2个;经NTsys 2.10聚类分析,在遗传相似系数0.611 8处,所有参试材料分为4个类群,显示甘肃省主栽马铃薯品种之间的遗传相似性较高,遗传基础较狭窄。
In this study, SSR markers were used to analyze the genetic diversity of 42 potato cultivars in Gansu Province. The results showed that 11 of the 206 pairs of SSR primers were screened for high polymorphism and clear bands, and 124 alleles were amplified, of which 112 were polymorphic and the polymorphic ratio was 89.5%. The polymorphic loci of each pair of SSR primers amplified from 4 to 16, with an average of 10.2. According to the NTsys 2.10 cluster analysis, all the tested materials were divided into 4 groups at the genetic similarity coefficient of 0.6118, indicating that Gansu The genetic similarity between the main cultivated potato varieties is higher, and the genetic basis is narrower.
