采用固相反应法合成了掺杂三价铽离子的邻苯二甲酸锌发光材料,测定了其晶体结构、发射光谱和激发光谱.研究了发光强度和发射带及激发带的半宽度与铽离子浓度的关系.提出了从邻苯二甲酸根π,π和n,π*态到Tb3+离子5D4能级的能量传递过程有两个途径:(1)由S1π,π*态直接传递到Tb3+离子5Hi能级,然后经过无辐射跃迁弛豫到5D3能级,再转移给乃T1π,π*态,最后传递到5D4能级;(2)由S1π,π*和Sin,π*态经系间跨越衰减到T1π,π*和T1n,π*态,然后再传递到Tb3+离子的5D4能级.
Solid-state reaction method was used to synthesize zinc phthalocyanine doping materials doped with trivalent terbium ions. The crystal structure, emission spectrum and excitation spectrum were measured. The relationship between the luminescence intensity, the half width of the emission and excitation bands and the concentration of terbium ions was studied. It is proposed that there are two ways of energy transfer from the phthalate π, π and n, π * states to the 5D4 energy level of Tb3 + ions: (1) From the S1π, π * state to the 4Hi energy level of Tb3 + Then relax to the 5D3 level through the non-radiative transition, then transfer to the T1π, π * state and finally to the 5D4 level. (2) From S1π, π * and Sin, π * , π *, and T1n, π * states, and then transferred to the 5D4 level of Tb3 + ions.
