结合煤机企业实施差异化战略的意义,详细分析了现阶段煤机企业差异化竞争的现状及存在的问题,针对产品定位趋同、新产品研发费用投入不足、管理基础薄弱、经营方式缺少创新等问题,提出了煤机企业实施差异化战略的相关建议。
Combining with the significance of coal enterprises in implementing differentiation strategy, this paper analyzes in detail the present situation and existing problems of differentiated competition of coal machine enterprises.
