商业文化建设是我国改革开放以后由原商业部部长胡平提出的,在经历了30多年的演变与发展之后,其与现代企业经营和发展已经融为了一体,成为现代企业可持续发展不可或缺的组成部分。如今的市场格局已经充分的体现出了全球一体化的特点,在国际化竞争中,企业要想不断壮大、不断发展就必须要克服多重困难,包括市场竞争与开拓方面、生产与质量管理方面、组织结构与人员管理方面以及多文化差异方面等的困难。企业可以依托商业文化克服困难,通过商业文化建设不仅可以提升企业形象,树立企业市场地位,为企业创造效益,而且能够增强企业凝聚力,培育人才,为企业可持续发展奠定良好基础。因此,本文针对商业文化对现代企业可持续发展的作用机理进行研究,分析商业文化功能和目前其在现代企业应用中存在的问题,以此为出发点,讨论商业文化推进现代企业可持续发展的对策。
After the reform and opening up of our country, Hu Ping, former Minister of Commerce, proposed the construction of commercial culture. After 30 years of evolution and development, it has integrated with the operation and development of modern enterprises and become an indispensable part of the sustainable development of modern enterprises component. Today’s market structure has fully demonstrated the characteristics of global integration. In the internationalized competition, if enterprises want to grow continuously and continuously develop, they must overcome multiple difficulties, including market competition and development, production and quality management, Organizational structure and personnel management, and multicultural differences. Enterprises can overcome difficulties by relying on business culture. By building business culture, enterprises can not only enhance their corporate image, establish their market position, create benefits for their business, but also enhance their cohesion, cultivate their talents and lay a solid foundation for their sustainable development. Therefore, this paper studies the mechanism of business culture on the sustainable development of modern enterprises, analyzes the function of business culture and its current problems in the application of modern enterprises, and as a starting point, discusses the countermeasures of commercial culture to promote the sustainable development of modern enterprises .
