目的探讨武汉市婴幼儿体内微量元素含量与月龄的关系。方法检测2010年1月至2011年12月于武汉市第一医院就诊的503名婴幼儿血微量元素,包括铁、锌、钙、铜、镁、铅。结果 6个月以下婴儿缺锌缺铁比较严重,随着月龄增大,缺锌缺铁比例下降,缺钙比例上升;铜、镁检测结果大致正常,12月龄后血铅较12月前增高。结论婴幼儿易缺乏锌、铁、钙,应采取措施预防,高血铅对儿童的危害也要引起重视。
Objective To investigate the relationship between trace elements in infants and young children in Wuhan and their age. Methods Blood samples of 503 infants and young children, including iron, zinc, calcium, copper, magnesium and lead, were collected from January 2010 to December 2011 in the First Hospital of Wuhan. Results After 6 months of age, infants lacking zinc and iron were more serious. With the increase of age, the proportion of lacking zinc and iron decreased, while the proportion of calcium increased. The results of copper and magnesium were generally normal. After 12 months of age, Increase. Conclusion Infants and young children are apt to lack of zinc, iron and calcium. Precautionary measures should be taken and the harm of high blood lead to children should also be taken seriously.
