本文拟从党管人才的角度出发,简要分析现阶段国企人才队伍建设存在的普遍特点,并提出自己的建议。1、建立科学合理的人才评价机制;2、优化人才的选拔任用机制;3、完善人才的激励机制;4、形成有力的监督约束机制;5、培育人才健康成长的社会机制。
This article intends to analyze the general characteristics of the current state-owned talent pool construction from the perspective of the party’s management of talent and put forward its own suggestions. 1, establishing a scientific and reasonable evaluation mechanism for qualified personnel; 2, optimizing the selection and appointment mechanism for qualified personnel; 3, improving the incentive mechanism for qualified personnel; 4, establishing a strong supervision and restraint mechanism; and 5, developing a social mechanism for the healthy growth of qualified personnel.
