本文研究了大豆育种应用选择指数的问题,建立了含有茎粗、百粒重、实粒数、主茎节数和单株产量五个不同性状组合的31个选择指数,分析了各性状对产量选择遗传进度的作用和重要性。结果指出,单株产量在育种后期世代选择中是第一个重要性状。比较了逐项选择法、独立淘汰水平法、估计指数法和基本指数法四种不同选择方法的选择效率。试验表明,指数选择法最为有效,基本指数法和估计指数法同样有效。为简化选择工作,在育种工作中可采用基本指数法。将4个估计指数的预期进度和实际进度进行比较,虽然两者绝对值相差很大,但各指数的相对效率在预期进度和实际进度中基本一致。本试验还发现不同选择方法的选择效率随选择强度变化而变化。最后对选择指数在育种上的应用和限制条件作了讨论。
In this paper, the selection index of soybean breeding application was studied, and 31 selection indices including stem diameter, 100-grain weight, seed number, stem number and yield per plant were established. Choose the role and importance of genetic progress. The results indicated that the yield per plant was the first important trait in the second generation breeding. The selection efficiency of four different selection methods such as item-by-item selection method, independent phase-out level method, estimated index method and basic index method are compared. Experiments show that the index selection method is the most effective, the basic index method and the estimated index method as effective. In order to simplify the selection work, the basic index method can be adopted in the breeding work. The expected and actual progress of the four estimated indices are compared. Although the absolute values of the two indices differ greatly, the relative efficiency of each index is basically the same between the expected progress and the actual progress. The test also found that the selection efficiency of different selection methods varies with the selection intensity. Finally, the application of selective index in breeding and the restriction conditions are discussed.
