双金属电渣熔铸模块是利用电渣熔铸手段生产应用于锤锻模的一种复合材料。本文对双金属电渣熔铸模块的钢种、主要生产工艺、内在质量、各种性能试验和试用效果,进行了全面的分析总结。根据长春第一汽车制造厂,南京汽车制造厂,洛阳第一拖拉机制造厂,天津汽车锻件厂和贵阳铸造厂等单位的试用情况表明:双金属电渣熔铸模块能较好地解决燕尾裂纹,简化热处理工艺,提高模块使用寿命,具有较好的经济效益。双金属电渣熔铸模块新工艺系国内首创,为我国模块冶金生产开辟了一条新的途径,完满地实现了以铸代锻,是一种很有发展前途的新工艺、新产品。根据现阶段的试验研究,完全可以在中小型模块上普遍推广应用。

According to the experimental study at this stage, it is entirely possible to popularize and apply it on small and medium-sized modules.
