近年来,随着国有企业改革力度的加大,企业内部产业结构、组织结构和队伍结构的大幅度调整,给国有企业工会工作带来了前所未有的困难与挑战。面对新形势,国有企业工会必须清醒地认识和研究当前工会工作所遇到的新问题,切实把企业工会建设成为组织健全、制度完善、维权到位、服务有力、作用明显、党委靠得住、行政离不开、职工信得过的基层工会组织,不断探索出适应新形势要求的企业工会工作新路子。
