“聪明的大脑,健康的身体,是吃出来的。”可见吃是何等重要。进餐点心都是为幼儿身体发育提供了充足营养,是幼儿生活学习的物质前提。是幼儿园一日生活中最基本的环节之一,它重在培养幼儿良好饮食习惯和进餐能力,对幼儿健康成长起着重要的作用。而现实中,点心活动环节的组织并不尽如人意:无序,环境嘈杂,不恰当的催促、强迫,偏、挑食等,忽视了对幼儿良好进餐(点心)行为和习惯的培养。纲要指出:“幼儿园健康教育应树立正确的健康观念,在重视幼儿身体健康的同时,高度重视幼儿的心理健康。”教师应将身心和谐发展的健康观念渗透到幼儿一日生活中。因此,保教并重,加强幼儿园点心环节的组织和指导对促进幼儿身体及心理的健康发展具有不可替代的作用。在小班幼儿自主生活实践与探索的活动中,以幼儿发展为本的理念为指导,从培养幼儿的自主性和能动性的需要出发,将其中的点心作为重点关注和突破的环节来进行了一些探索尝试。

Meals are snacks for the physical development of young children to provide adequate nutrition, is the material prerequisite for children’s learning. It is one of the most basic aspects of daily life in kindergarten. It focuses on cultivating young children’s good eating habits and eating ability, and plays an important role in the healthy growth of young children. In reality, the organization of dim sum activities is not satisfactory: disorder, noisy environment, improper urging, forced, partial, picky eaters, ignoring the children’s good meal (snack) behavior and habits training. The outline points out: ”Kindergarten health education should establish a correct concept of health, attaches great importance to young children’s mental health while attaching importance to young children’s health." Teachers should infiltrate the healthy concept of the harmonious development of body and mind into the daily life of young children. Therefore, both pawning education and strengthening the organization and guidance of nursery snacks can play an irreplaceable role in promoting the physical and psychological health of young children. In the practice and exploration of independent living in small classes, guided by the concept of early childhood development, this paper explores the needs of cultivating young children’s autonomy and initiative and takes the dim sum as the focus and breakthrough try.
