August 21, 2015 Enn Environment News According to a new NASA report, after four consecutive years of drought, large areas of land in the Central Valley of the California sunk faster than ever before. In the past eight months, parts of the ground subsided even more than 30 cm. Some of the ground in the Central Valley continued to sink every month at nearly 2 inches.
