苏里格气田某区块在参考前期裸眼分段压裂试验的基础上,于2010年度规模化推广应用水平井裸眼分段压裂技术,取得了良好的增产效果。水平井压后产量一般在104m3/d以上,为同区块直井产量的3~5倍。该区块水平井的水平段长度一般超过800 m,初期水平井分4段压裂,之后技术人员在增加裂缝段数、加砂规模、水平段长度等方面积极探索,以期达到更佳的开发效果。已实施井的投产效果表明:裂缝段数、加砂规模、水平段长度不直接影响产量;有效储层长度和气测表现在一定程度上影响压后产量;提高水平段有效储层钻遇率有利于增加压后产量。
