目的:选择适合用于康迪牌过氧化氢消毒液的中和剂并检验该消毒剂杀菌效果。方法:中和剂初选试验与中和剂鉴定试验以及悬液定量杀菌实验。结果:采用含1.5%硫代硫酸钠的TPS液可有效中和3%的过氧化氢,且中和剂本身及中和产物均对金黄色葡萄球菌生长无不良影响;杀菌试验作用10 m in,十倍稀释的该消毒液(含3%过氧化氢)对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌的杀灭对数值均≥5.0。结论:该消毒液杀菌效果良好,可以使用含1.5%硫代硫酸钠的TPS液作为其杀菌试验的中和剂。
OBJECTIVE: To select a neutralizer suitable for use in Condil hydrogen peroxide disinfectant and to verify the bactericidal effect of the disinfectant. Methods: Neutralizer primary and neutralizing agent identification test and suspension quantitative germicidal experiment. Results: TPS solution containing 1.5% sodium thiosulfate effectively neutralized 3% of hydrogen peroxide. The neutralizing agent itself and the neutralized product all had no adverse effect on the growth of Staphylococcus aureus. The bactericidal effect of 10 minutes , Ten times dilution of the disinfectant (containing 3% hydrogen peroxide) Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli kill logarithmic value ≥ 5.0. Conclusion: The disinfectant has a good bactericidal effect. TPS solution containing 1.5% sodium thiosulfate can be used as neutralizer for its bactericidal test.
