目的:检测各牙位牙周膜面积及不同附着水平与剩余牙周膜面积间的变化规律,探讨牙周附着丧失与牙周支持能力及牙周病预后判定间存在的可能联系。方法:收集除第三磨牙外不同牙位的离体牙420颗,在釉牙骨质界根方牙面涂以成膜材料以模拟牙周膜,在模拟膜表面平行于釉牙骨质界处描记出不同附着水平的高度线,经扫描仪扫描剥离的模拟牙周膜,再经计算机图像处理软件PhotoshopCS29.0和Scion Image4.0.3和SAS6.12软件包进行面积数据分析。结果:各牙位牙周膜面积对应不同附着水平间的数值变化规律满足一次函数的回归检验(P<0.001)。根据所得回归直线,当附着丧失超过5.37mm时,各牙位剩余牙周膜面积多降至原有面积的50%以下。结论:各牙位根面牙周膜面积随附着丧失增加而递减的变化规律与一次函数曲线最为拟合;多数牙位的附着水平在丧失超过5.37mm时,其剩余牙周膜面积已不足正常值的一半,不再具备提供额外牙周支持力的条件。
OBJECTIVE: To detect the changes of periodontal membrane area and different attachment levels and residual periodontal membrane area of each periodontal, and to explore the possible relationship between periodontal attachment loss and periodontal support ability and prognosis of periodontal disease. METHODS: 420 isolated teeth with different teeth except for the third molars were collected. The root of the enamel cementum was coated with a film-forming material to simulate the periodontal ligament. The surface of the simulated film was parallel to the enamel cementum The height lines of different attachment levels were traced, the simulated periodontal ligament stripped by the scanner was scanned, and the area data was analyzed by computer image processing software PhotoshopCS29.0 and Scion Image4.0.3 and SAS6.12 software package. Results: The change of the value of the periodontal membrane area of each tooth corresponding to different attachment levels satisfied the linear regression test (P <0.001). According to the obtained regression line, when the loss of attachment exceeds 5.37mm, the residual periodontal membrane area in each tooth position is reduced to more than 50% of the original area. CONCLUSION: The change rule of decreasing and increasing of the periodontal membrane area of root surface of each tooth is the best fit with the one-time function curve. The residual periodontal membrane area is less than normal when the attachment level of most teeth is less than 5.37mm Half the value, no longer have the conditions to provide additional periodontal support.
