提出了铁路充电间酸雾治理3种技术模式:侧吸式活动密闭罩通风净化系统;端吸式活动密闭罩通风净化系统;手持信号灯酸性蓄电池通风柜。该模式适应充电作业特点,改善作业环境,净化效率高,节省风量,节约能源。研制的侧吸式推拉活动密闭罩比条缝式高截面双侧吸槽边吸气罩可节省60%风量。优选无泵形冲击式填料酸雾净化塔,净化效率高,维修量少,易于管理,性能稳定。提出当充电槽宽约1m,每m槽长风量可取750m3/(h·m),为简化设计计算提供了参考数据。
Proposed three kinds of technical modes of acid mist control of railway charging: ventilation system of side-suction movable sealing hood; ventilation system of end-suction movable sealing hood; hand-held signal lamp acid battery fume hood. The mode to adapt to the characteristics of charging operations to improve the operating environment, purification efficiency, save air volume and save energy. Developed side-suction push-pull closure activities than the slotted high-profile side suction side suction hood can save 60% of the air volume. The preferred non-pump-type impact packing acid mist purification tower, high purification efficiency, less maintenance, easy to manage, stable performance. It is proposed that when the charging slot is about 1m wide and the long air volume per m slot is 750m3 / (h · m), reference data are provided to simplify the design calculation.
