目的:探索胡枝子提取物(LBE)对子宫肌瘤模型动物及血瘀大鼠的影响。方法:取同日龄KM小鼠及同日龄SD大鼠,分成2组,分别为正常组,造模组,造模组制作苯甲酸雌二醇采用子宫肌瘤大、小鼠模型,将造模大鼠组随机分为模型组,阳性药组枸橼酸他莫昔芬片(0.18 g·kg-1),LBE高、中、低剂量组(1.0,0.5,0.25 g·kg-1),将造模组小鼠随机分为模型组,阳性组枸橼酸他莫昔芬片(0.23 g·kg-1),LBE高、中、低剂量组(1.4,0.7,0.35 g·kg-1);将大鼠随机分6组,分别为正常组,模型组,阳性药复方丹参片组(0.34 g·kg-1),LBE高、中、低剂量组(1.0,0.5,0.25 g·kg-1),除正常组外,其余各组大鼠背部ih给予盐酸肾上腺素2 h后将大鼠浸浴于冰水中,造成急性血瘀大鼠模型,连续给药2周,观察子宫肌瘤模型动物的子宫系数、子宫干重、血清雌激素水平及子宫病理形态学变化和血瘀大鼠的血流变指标。结果:连续给药2周,LBE组子宫肌瘤大、小鼠的子宫系数、子宫干重、血清雌激素水平降低,子宫肌瘤小鼠病理形态学变化改善;血瘀大鼠全血黏度、血浆黏度、全血高切相对指数、全血低切相对指数、红细胞聚集指数降低,与模型组比较均具有统计学差异(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:LBE对子宫肌瘤动物模型具有一定的治疗作用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of Lespedeza Bark extract (LBE) on uterine fibroid model animals and blood stasis rats. Methods: KM mice of the same age and SD rats of the same age were divided into 2 groups, which were normal group, model group and model group, respectively. Except for the normal group, rats in the other groups were exposed to epinephrine hydrochloride for 2 h after ih administration, and rats were immersed in icy water, resulting in a rat model of acute blood stasis for 2 weeks. Uterine fibroids Uterine coefficient of model animals, uterine dry weight, serum estrogen levels and pathological changes of the uterus and blood stasis rat blood rheology indicators. Results: After two weeks continuous administration, the uterine fibrosis, uterine coefficient, uterine dry weight and serum estrogen in LBE group decreased and the histopathological changes in uterine fibroids mice improved. The blood viscosity, Plasma viscosity, relative index of whole blood high cut, relative index of whole blood low cut, erythrocyte aggregation index decreased, compared with the model group, there was a significant difference (P <0.01, P <0.05). Conclusion: LBE has a certain therapeutic effect on the animal model of uterine fibroids.
