目的:探讨疱疹病毒Ⅰ型胸苷激酶基因和更昔洛韦( H S V T K/ G C V)系统对恶性胶质瘤患者体液免疫和细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:对12 例恶性胶质瘤患者采用 H S V T K/ G C V 试验治疗。分别于治疗前、治疗过程中和治疗后采外周血和脑脊液,用流式细胞仪检测外周血 T淋巴细胞亚群,用免疫比浊法测定血清和脑脊液免疫球蛋白的含量。结果:血 C D4+ T 细胞在治疗开始后2 周显著升高;自然杀伤( N K)细胞在治疗过程中明显下降,治疗结束后则显著高于治疗前水平;细胞毒性细胞( C T L)在治疗结束后显著高于治疗前水平;血清 Ig M 和脑脊液 Ig G、 Ig A 和 Ig M 水平在治疗结束后均显著高于治疗前水平。结论: H S V T K/ G C V 系统对机体的体液和细胞免疫功能有明显的促进作用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of herpesvirus type I thymidine kinase gene and ganciclovir (HSV TK/GCV) system on humoral immunity and cellular immunity in patients with glioblastoma. Methods: 12 patients with malignant gliomas were treated with H S V T K/G C V test. Peripheral blood and cerebrospinal fluid were collected before, during and after treatment. Peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets were measured by flow cytometry and immunoglobulin assay was used to determine serum and cerebrospinal fluid immunoglobulin content. RESULTS: Blood C D4+ T cells were significantly elevated at 2 weeks after the start of treatment; natural killer (NK) cells were significantly decreased during treatment, and were significantly higher than before treatment after treatment; cytotoxic cells (CTL) After treatment, the levels of Ig M and CSF Ig G, Ig A and Ig M were significantly higher than those before treatment. Conclusion: The H S V T K/ G C V system has a significant role in promoting body fluid and cellular immunity.
