目前,对同一时期同一所医院的管理工作质量,不同的评价手段会得出不同的评价结果, 即评价结果存在多样性(不一致性)。其原因主要是评价体系存在多样性,评价指标和评价方法各不相同,且评价者及评价环境也存在多样性。为使评价结果更加准确,可采取综合措施:①不迷信于任何一种方法;②认清评价的目的及特点;③正确选择评价指标体系;④正确确定指标的权重;⑤正确选择评价方法;⑥多种评价方法联合使用;⑦对多种评价方法的结果进行集结。
