国资委成立以来,特别重视中央企业的班组建设工作,2006年初,中央企业工会工作会上提出了中央企业班组建设与管理的三年工作目标,即“力争经过三年左右时间,把班组长普遍培训一遍,使中央企业90%以上班组成为合格班组、90%以上班组长成为合格班组长。并培养和选树一批优秀标兵班组、优秀标兵班组长”。
