河北省农林科学院粮油作物所引进国内8个省市14个冬小麦育种单位的73份材料,从中筛选出3个适合加工出口宫面的小麦品系,其理化指标均达到或超过出口要求指标,1988年6月20日通过省级鉴定。 1.宫面专用小麦1号(临漳麦):出粉60%的情况下,蛋白质含量19.62%,湿面筋46.6%,干面筋16.3%,白度78.0VA,灰分0.58%。 2.宫面专用小麦2号(824-014):出粉60%的情况下,蛋白质含量16.45%,湿面筋41.8%,白度78.0VA,干面筋14.4%,灰分0.46%。 3.宫面专用小麦3号(Z_(124)):出粉60%的情况下,蛋白质含量15.86%,湿面筋34.5%,干面
