在我国,高职学校的发展历经波折,并一直被认为是学生没有考上本科院校才就读高职学校的,无论是从社会角度、家庭角度还是教育工作者角度,对高职学生的态度并不友好,也给学生造成了一定的自卑,于是在家庭教育中作用突出的“赏识教育”就在高职院校里显出高价值。随着教育体制改革的深入进行,高职教育已经引起了社会各界的广泛关注,而赏识教育在学生管理中的应用,对于促进高职学生管理工作效率的提升,具有极为重要的意义。本文主要是就高职学生管理中的赏识教育的运用进行研究和分析。
