目的比较丙泊酚复合不同剂量氯胺酮用于小儿短小手术的麻醉效果。方法取2013年2月—2014年2月新蔡县古吕镇卫生院收治的60例择期实行短小手术的患儿,随机分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组使用丙泊酚2mg/kg和氯胺酮2mg/kg,观察组使用丙泊酚2mg/kg和氯胺酮4mg/kg,比较两组患儿麻醉前后与术后的血液循环呼吸功能、麻醉效果。结果麻醉前与术后两组患儿的心率、脉搏、呼吸、血压、血氧饱和度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。麻醉后2min、5min观察组患儿的心率、呼吸、血压、血氧饱和度均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的麻醉维持时间长于对照组,单位时间内氯胺酮使用剂量、氯胺酮的追加次数、患儿体动反应少于对照组,术后患儿苏醒时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丙泊酚复合4mg/kg的氯胺酮麻醉是一种高效的麻醉方法,,可有效延长麻醉维持时间,减少氯胺酮的追加次数、单位时间使用剂量以及患儿体动反应次数,并加快患儿术后的苏醒时间,可推广使用。
Objective To compare the anesthetic effects of different doses of propofol combined with ketamine for pediatric short operation. Methods From February 2013 to February 2014, 60 cases of children undergoing elective surgery admitted to the Gulau town hospital of Xincai county were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The recovery time of the children in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P <0.05).
