为确保难动用矿产资源回采过程的安全性和高效性,实现对开采过程中顶板、矿柱内部应力、应变的实时监测,基于虚拟仪器LabVIEW技术,开发了一套难动用矿产资源开采监测系统.该系统建立了基于无线传感器网络的监测方案,建立了包括信号采集、信号分析、监测结果显示、数据库管理等模块的虚拟仪器系统,采用随机数产生函数为监测系统建立模拟输入,验证了已建立的监测系统的可行性.该系统理论上实现了对难动用矿产资源开采过程的实时监测,有助于寻求矿山实时监测的有效方法.
In order to ensure the safety and efficiency of the recovery process of the refractory mineral resources and to realize the real-time monitoring of the internal stress and strain of the roof and pillar in the mining process, a set of hard mineral resources exploitation monitoring system has been developed based on the virtual instrument LabVIEW technology. The system establishes a monitoring scheme based on wireless sensor network and establishes a virtual instrument system including signal acquisition, signal analysis, monitoring result display, database management and other modules. The system uses a random number generation function to establish a simulation input for the monitoring system and verifies that the system has been established This system theoretically realizes the real-time monitoring of the exploitation process of refractory mineral resources and helps to find an effective method for real-time monitoring of the mine.
