本文通过非线性规划的算法研究了北京首都国际机场的公务机停场问题,将公务机停场模型根据基地公务机公司和非基地公务机公司停场模式不同进行分类研究,并按照普通时期和特殊时期分开进行研究。得出在普通时期,基地公务机、非基地公务机最优停场时限的计算方法 ;在特殊时期,通过实施超容预警方案和延时停场方案使公务机停场量保持可控。本文对缓解首都机场机位资源紧张具有重要意义,同时也对同行业其它机场起到一定借鉴作用。
This paper studies the problem of the business jet park in Beijing Capital International Airport through the non-linear programming algorithm, and studies the stop mode of the jet jet based on the different stop-mode of the base business jet company and non-base business jet company.
