目的 探讨肠组织在失血性休克及复苏后的能量代谢变化与上皮细胞增殖的相关性。 方法 Wistar大鼠 4 8只 ,分为对照组、单纯休克组和复苏 0 .5 ,1,2 ,6h组 ,每组 8只 ,采用休克复苏模型 ;取各组空、回、结肠组织 ,用高效液相色谱法测定ATP、ADP和AMP。另取Wistar大鼠6 4只 ,分为对照组、单纯休克组和复苏 2 ,6 ,12 ,2 4 ,72h和 7d组 ,每组 8只 ,制作休克复苏模型 ,采用3 H -TdR掺入法测定各组肠上皮细胞增殖能力。 结果 失血性休克后肠组织ATP含量显著降低 ,为对照组的 2 6 .3%~ 39.7% ;复苏后ATP恢复较慢 ,复苏 6h后为对照组的 6 3.5 %~ 6 7.7%。失血性休克及复苏早期 (2h)肠上皮增殖明显受抑制 ,复苏 12h显著升高 ,72h增殖达高峰 ,复苏后7d基本恢复正常。 结论 休克及复苏后肠上皮细胞增殖与能量代谢恢复基本一致。
Objective To investigate the correlation between energy metabolism and epithelial cell proliferation of intestinal tissue after hemorrhagic shock and resuscitation. Methods Forty-eight Wistar rats were divided into control group, shock alone group and resuscitation 0.5, 1, 2, 6h group, with 8 rats in each group. The model of shock resuscitation was adopted. Determination of ATP, ADP and AMP by High Performance Liquid Chromatography. Sixty-four Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group, shock group and resuscitation groups of 2, 6, 12, 24, 72h and 7d, with 8 rats in each group. Shock recovery model was made by 3 H -TdR incorporation Method to determine the proliferation of intestinal epithelial cells. Results After hemorrhagic shock, the content of ATP in the intestinal tissue decreased significantly, which was 26.3% -39.7% in the control group. The ATP recovery was slower after resuscitation and was 6 3.5% -6.7% in the control group 6 h after resuscitation. Hemorrhagic shock and early recovery (2h) of intestinal epithelial proliferation was significantly inhibited, resuscitation 12h significantly increased, 72h proliferation reached a peak, 7d after recovery to normal. Conclusion The proliferation and energy metabolism of intestinal epithelial cells after shock and resuscitation are basically the same.
