目的调查南宁市人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染及基因型的流行病学情况.为预防HPV感染和宫颈癌防治提供理论依据。方法采用PCR体外扩增和DNA反向点杂交相结合的DNA芯片技术进行HPV分型。结果在1789例17~71岁的就诊者中,共检测出阳性患者442例,阳性率为24.7%其中高危353例,低危89例,在HPV各亚型中高危型以HPV52为主。低危型以HPV 43为主。发病高峰年龄段为20~30岁。结论南宁地区女性宫颈HPV感染率较高,开展各型HPV检测对于HPV感染的诊断、治疗及子宫颈癌的早期发现、预防和治疗具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the epidemiology of human papillomavirus (HPV) infection and genotype in Nanning and to provide a theoretical basis for preventing HPV infection and preventing and treating cervical cancer. Methods HPV genotyping was performed by using DNA chip technology combined with PCR in vitro amplification and DNA reverse dot blot hybridization. Results Of the 1789 patients aged 17-71 years, 442 positive patients were detected, the positive rate was 24.7%, of which 353 were high-risk and 89 were low-risk. HPV52 was the predominant type in high-risk HPV subtypes. Low-risk type to HPV 43-based. The peak incidence age of 20 to 30 years old. Conclusion The prevalence of cervical HPV infection is high in Nanning women. It is of great significance to carry out various types of HPV testing in diagnosis, treatment and early detection, prevention and treatment of cervical cancer.
