猴头是一种珍贵的食用菌,属低等菌类植物。肉嫩味鲜,清香可口。在食用菌中不论色、香、味均列为上品。猴头营养极为丰富。我厂人工栽培的猴头经北京市食品研究所营养分析,每100克猴头中含蛋白质26.3克,脂肪4.2克,比香菇高一倍,含有16种氨基酸。其中人体中所必需的8种氨基酸它含有7种。还有磷、铁、钙、胡罗卜素、维生素B_1、B_2、尼克酸等成份。
Hericium is a precious edible fungus, belonging to lower fungi. Meat tender taste, fragrance delicious. Edible fungus regardless of color, smell, taste are classified as top grade. Hericium nutrition is extremely rich. I plant artificially cultivated Hericium by Beijing Institute of Food Nutrition analysis, per 100 grams Hericium contains 26.3 grams of protein, 4.2 grams of fat, twice as high as mushrooms, contains 16 kinds of amino acids. Among the eight kinds of amino acids in the human body, it contains seven kinds. There phosphorus, iron, calcium, carotene, vitamin B_1, B_2, niacin and other ingredients.
