对Al含量分别为10%、11%、12%的Mg-Al-Zn合金进行均匀化退火处理,探讨均匀化退火温度及时间对合金显微组织及硬度的影响。结果表明,不同温度均匀化退火处理后,合金中的β-Mg17Al12相均以层片状析出。同一温度下,随均匀化保温时间的延长,部分层片状组织熔断成球状、针状组织。在410℃和430℃均匀化退火处理后,合金硬度与铸态相比均有所提高。
The homogenization annealing of Mg-Al-Zn alloy with Al content of 10%, 11% and 12% respectively was carried out to investigate the effects of homogenization annealing temperature and time on the microstructure and hardness of the alloy. The results show that the β-Mg17Al12 phase in the alloy precipitates in the form of lamella after annealing at different temperatures. At the same temperature, with the extension of the homogenization holding time, some lamellar tissues fuse into a spherical, needle-like structure. After annealing at 410 ° C and 430 ° C homogenization, the hardness of the alloy increased compared with that of as-cast.
