警察社会化是指新警员或警察学员学习警察文化,养成警察职业群体的社会个性,内化警察职业群体的思想、行为、价值规范,获得并担当警察社会角色的过程。就警察社会化的途径而言,警察院校的教育、培训是重点,警察个体的内化是关键,警察群体亚文化的作用不容忽视,警察传媒的影响要充分利用。 Police socialization refers to the process by which new police constables or police trainees learn police culture, develop the social personality of the police occupational groups, internalize the ideology, behavior, value norms of the police occupational groups, and acquire and assume the role of police society. As far as the way of police socialization is concerned, the education and training of police academies are the key points. The internalization of police individuals is the key.
