二、确保城乡结合部普高艺术教育特色可持续发展的策略与方法城乡结合部高中艺术教育已经初具规模,取得了一些成效,甚至有人认为,近年来城乡结合部教育领域发展最快的便是艺术教育。但是与此同时,城乡结合部高中艺术教育也普遍存在问题,如保障制度缺乏或名存实亡、专业教师数量稀少、课程设置功利化、社会重视及参与程度低下等,严重制约了高中艺术教育的发展。本着实现“教育公平”、坚持“教育公益性质”的精神,确保城乡结合部普高艺术教育特色可持续发展,笔者提出推动与加强城乡结合部高中艺术教育的如下建议,希望能对学校为学生提供更好的艺术教育有所促进。
