OTT TV作为基于开放互联网的视频服务,能够直接将视频内容提供给最终用户,有着很大的优势。但OTT TV在网络传输中视频的存储分发方式是影响其质量的主要原因之一。在分析OTT TV系统的存储分发策略后,通过对大量用户视频访问数据的研究,用齐普夫定律验证了用户对视频的访问集中在少部分的视频上。在此基础上通过统计用户对视频的访问情况,得到“热点”视频,对OTT TV的存储分发策略进行改进。实验验证系统的平均响应时间缩短并且存储所占用的空间大大减少。
OTT TV, as an open internet-based video service, has the big advantage of being able to deliver video content directly to end users. However, OTT TV in the network transmission video storage and distribution is one of the main factors affecting its quality. After analyzing the storage distribution strategy of OTT TV system, by using the research of a large number of users’ video access data, it is verified by the Zipf’s law that the user’s video access is concentrated on a small part of the video. Based on this, we can obtain the “hot spot” video by counting the user’s access to the video and improve the OTT TV’s storage and distribution strategy. The experimental results show that the average response time of the system is shortened and the storage space consumed is greatly reduced.
