本文具体介绍了一种工作在32kbit的利用MOTOROLA公司CVSD MC3517/MC3518器件的外部电路的设计和调试方法。外部电路的设计思想与该公司产品使用说明中给出的略有不同,调试方法在该说明中没有给出。本文所介绍的这种外部电路的特点是:使用元件较少、耗电少以及调试简便、适合批量生产。这种电路用于战术移动通信中,可以获得令人满意的话音质量。利用文中所介绍的调试方法调试电路,不但可以使按照本文设计出的电路(采用MC3517,32kbit CVSD话音编译码器)的技术指标能达到该公司所给出的电路(采用MC3518和MC3503/6运放,32kbit CVSD话音编译码器)的技术指标,而且S/N曲线在通带内变化较为缓慢,并具有较平坦的频响特性。文中对MC3517/MC3518集成电路的工作原理也作了一定的分析。
