在“奋战一百天,坚决完成‘三突破’”的贯彻思路之下,贵港市经济发展“三突破”具体目标是：经济总量突破168亿元,增长16％,比年初预期提高5个百分点,提前一年实现“十五”计划目标；财政收入突破14．3亿元,增长19％,比年初预期提高7个百分点；规模以上工业盈亏相抵后实现利润突破3000万元。为此,我们将着重抓好以下几项工作。
