目的了解漳州港招银港区登革热媒介,为漳州口岸开展登革热防治工作提供科学依据。方法调查港区范围内所有积水容器,检查积水容器是否有伊蚊幼虫和蛹,并逐一登记,计算蚊媒三指数。结果全年共调查22次,发现积水容器926个。其中261个积水容器中有媒介幼虫孳生,经鉴定为登革热传播媒介白纹伊蚊。全年度容器指数、布雷图指数平均值为28.1和5.97。布雷图指数从5月开始上升,到8月份达高峰。结论漳州港招银港区存在登革热流行的潜在危险,加强口岸卫生监督,消除伊蚊孳生场所,是有效预防登革热的关键。
Objective To understand the dengue vector in Zhangzhou Port Zhabei Port and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of dengue in Zhangzhou Port. Methods All the water containers in the harbor area were surveyed to check if there was any Aedes larvae and pupae in the water storage containers. The mosquito media index was calculated and registered one by one. The results of a total of 22 investigations a year, found that 926 water containers. Of these, 261 medium-water larvae were colonized by media larvae and were identified as the dengue vector Aedes albopictus. The annual container index, the average Bretton index 28.1 and 5.97. The Bretton Woods index rose from May to reach its peak in August. Conclusion There is a potential risk of dengue epidemics in Zhaoyin Port Area of Zhangzhou Port. The key point to effectively prevent dengue fever is to strengthen the port health supervision and eliminate the breeding grounds for Aedes albopictus.
