在人造金刚石钻探生产中,钻头性能与质量的好坏,是影响经济效果的主要因素之一。然而,实践证明,在制造厂家保证其加工质量的前提下,用同类钻头钻进不同岩性的岩层,或使用不同的钻进规程钻进同类岩石,其钻头寿命、小时效率以及每米进尺的钻头费用,都会出现很大差异。因此,欲想得到优质、高效、低耗的效果,就必须针对施工地层的特性,所用设备性能以及钻进参数等,对钻头的胎体硬度,金刚石强度、浓度、粒度、保径材料与方法等技术参数认真进行选择。我队近两年来的实践,进一步证明了上述工作的重要性。
