以浸渍法制备了多种以MnO2为活性组分的加氢催化剂,在固定床反应器上,进行了叔丁基苯甲酸甲酯气相加氢合成对叔丁基苯甲醛的实验。考察了反应温度、液时空速(LHSV)、气时空速(GHSV)以及金属离子掺杂对催化剂加氢合成叔丁基苯甲醛的影响。实验结果表明,加氢反应的最佳条件:反应温度为410~420℃,LHSV为0.4h-1,GHSV为400h-1。MnO2/γ-Al2O3催化体系中引入Zr可以提高了催化性能,反应转化率为86.32%,选择性为94.58%。
A series of hydrogenation catalysts with MnO2 as active component were prepared by impregnation method. The gas phase hydrogenation of methyl tert-butylbenzoate to p-tert-butylbenzaldehyde was carried out in a fixed bed reactor. The effects of reaction temperature, liquid hourly space velocity (LHSV), gas hourly space velocity (GHSV) and doping of metal ions on the catalytic hydrogenation of t-butylbenzaldehyde were investigated. The experimental results showed that the optimum conditions for the hydrogenation reaction were as follows: reaction temperature 410-420 ℃, LHSV 0.4h-1, GHSV 400h-1. The introduction of Zr into the MnO2 / γ-Al2O3 catalyst system can improve the catalytic performance, the reaction conversion rate of 86.32%, the selectivity of 94.58%.
