1.回转锁紧力不足的危害大型旋挖钻机施工时,如遇施工地层坚硬必然造成动力头扭矩增大。此时若仅依靠回转减速器对旋挖钻机的上、下车进行制动,将不能满足回转制动力矩的需求。因制动力矩不足造成上、下车之间发生相对转动,则可能导致钻孔直径超标、塌孔等质量事故。若旋挖钻机作业半径较大、安装钻杆较长,造成旋挖钻机回转惯量较大,会因回转制动力矩不足而导致钻杆弯曲变形。另外,若旋挖钻机回转时马达突然制动,将使作用在减速器输出轴的瞬间冲击载荷很大,容易造成减速器输出轴断裂。
