目前,基于介孔二氧化硅纳米(MSN)的药物载体广泛应用于生物医药领域。其过程是首先制备出MSN,再依据研究目的,采用不同的功能化修饰方法,以期有效存储药物分子且直达病处。延长药物释放时间,提高生物利用度,提高药效等。其中MSN的制备工艺已比较完善,该文着重探讨载体功能化修饰后响应性释放的最新进展,包括单一功能及多功能刺激响应性;并列举成功实现载药的实验研究,充分认识到MSN在生物载药方面的潜力与发展前景。
At present, mesoporous silica nano (MSN) -based drug carriers are widely used in the field of biomedicine.
