为了使脱毒种薯的推广有良种良法相配套,以中薯3号脱毒薯为试材,应用旋转组合设计,对影响马铃薯产量的种植密度(x1)、氮肥(x2)、钾肥(x3)进行了三因素五水平的综合试验,对试验结果进行相关的数理统计分析,结果获得三因素与产量关系的数学模型为Y=2091635+386418x1+471654x2+331756x3+221475x1x2+4113x\-1x3+6129248x2x3-485424x21-1076294x22-50326x23。三因素中以氮肥对产量影响最大,氮肥与钾肥对产量有明显的交互作用。每6667m2产量高于2100kg的优化农艺措施为:种植密度4488~5094株,施纯N715~957kg、K2O723~976kg。
