采用3因素5水平二次通用旋转组合设计和网室微区试验方法,以剂量-杂草生长率和剂量-花生苗期生物产量为目标函数,对除草剂乳氟禾草灵、吡氟氯禾灵及精喹禾灵三元混用进行了增效作用评价及配方控制研究.结果表明,乳氟禾草灵与吡氟氯禾灵、喹禾灵之间有增效作用,前者增效作用大于后者,吡氟氯术灵与精喹禾灵之间为相加作用.三者混用的最佳配方为:乳氟禾草灵12.0g·hm~(-2)吡氟氯禾灵19.5 g· hm~(-2)+精喹禾灵22.6g· hm~(-2);最佳配方范围为:乳氟禾草灵7.14~9.48 g·hm~(-2)+吡氟氯禾灵 12.74~15.99 g·hm~(-2)+精喹禾灵16.31~19.10 g·hm~(-2).同时探讨了除草剂三元混用研究中目标函数的选择、试验方法的选择及最佳配方的最后确定问题.
Using the three-factor-five-level quadratic universal rotary combination design and the cyber-compartment micro-experiment method, the target rates of weed-weed growth rate and dose- Wo Ling and Quizalofop-ternary mixture of synergistic effect evaluation and formulation control study. The results showed that there was a synergistic effect between lactofen and isophorocone and quizalofop-p-ethyl, the synergistic effect of the former was greater than that of the latter, and the synergistic effect was observed between the chlorfluazuron and quizalofop-p-ethyl. The best formula of the three mixed with: lactofenac sodium 12.0g · hm ~ (-2) dichloropyroclone 19.5 g · hm -2 + quizalofop-p-ethyl 22.6 g · hm ~ (-2). The optimum formula range is as follows: lactofenac sodium 7.14-9.48 g · hm -2 + haloxyfop you 12.74-15.99 g · hm ~ ( -2) + quizalofop-p-ethyl 16.31 ~ 19.10 g · hm -2. At the same time, the selection of objective function, the selection of test methods and the final determination of the best formula for the herbicide ternary mixture were discussed.
