腺苷酸活化蛋白激酶(AMPK)是一种广泛参与调节细胞代谢的激酶,被称为“能量感受器”。当胞浆中AMP/ATP比例升高,或其他因素激活AMPK时,AMPK可促进脂肪酸氧化,增加能量产生;同时还可以抑制脂质合成等代谢通路,减少能量消耗,从而使细胞能量代谢保持平衡。自然界的植物中存在许多具有调节脂质代谢作用的天然产物,如黄酮类、皂苷类、生物碱类和萜类等,它们调节脂质代谢的作用机制各不相同。近年来,发现了很多天然产物具有通过激活AMPK调节脂质代谢的作用,本文将对这些天然产物研究进展进行总结。
Adenylate-activated protein kinase (AMPK) is a kinase that is widely involved in the regulation of cellular metabolism and is known as the “energy sensor.” AMPK can promote fatty acid oxidation and increase energy production when the AMP / ATP ratio in cytoplasm is increased or AMPK is activated by other factors. At the same time, AMPK can also inhibit metabolic pathway such as lipid synthesis and reduce energy consumption so as to balance cell energy metabolism . Natural plants have many natural products that regulate lipid metabolism, such as flavonoids, saponins, alkaloids and terpenoids, which regulate the mechanism of lipid metabolism. In recent years, many natural products have been found to have the effect of regulating lipid metabolism by activating AMPK. In this paper, the progress of these natural products will be summarized.
