文章根据《公路工程无机结合料稳定材料试验规程》(JTJ 057—94)中的重型击实试验规程与《公路沥青路面设计规范》(JTG D50—2006)中的振动击实试验规范等,采用天津市市政工程质量检测中心提供的水泥稳定碎石配合比,从配合比设计以及现场施工工艺的角度,结合唐曹高速公路新建工程K53+900至K72+500段水泥稳定碎石基层配合比设计以及现场施工工艺,论述振动成型法在使用过程中的一些注意事项。
According to the “Heavy Duty Compaction Test Procedure” and “Vibration Compaction Test Specification for Highway Bituminous Pavement Design” (JTG D50-2006) in “Test Procedures for Inorganic Binder Stabilized Materials for Highway Engineering” (JTJ 057-94) Tianjin Municipal Engineering Quality Inspection Center to provide cement stabilized gravel mix, from the mix design and site construction process point of view, combined with the construction of Tang Cao Expressway K53 +900 to K72 +500 section of cement stabilized aggregate design As well as the on-site construction process, discusses the vibrating forming method in the process of using some of the considerations.
