The distribution pattern of altitude gradient and its formation mechanism of biological diversity has always been one of the important contents in the theoretical study of biology and ecology and also an important part of understanding the impacts of biodiversity and ecosystem on environmental change (Wang et al., 2010 ). For a long time, a great deal of relevant research has been done on animals and plants, and many hypotheses and theories explaining their distribution pattern and mechanism have been proposed (Renaud et al., 2009). At present, the altitude gradient of soil microorganisms is divided
