近来,适用技术的理论观点在国内产生日益强烈的反响,尤其在工业技术界引起极大的兴趣。国务院领导同志已指出:学习现代化技术也要具体分析,要根据我们的收得和消化能力循序而进。这就说明,为实现我国的四个现代化应当采用适用技术。所谓适用技术也称“适宜技术”。它研究这样的大课题:发展中国家怎么搞现代化?科学技术的发展是否沿着发达国家的老路走?一 Recently, the theoretical viewpoints of applicable technologies have had a growing and domestic repercussion and have drawn great interest especially in the industrial technology community. The leading comrades of the State Council have pointed out: learning of modern technology must also be specifically analyzed according to our income and digestion ability.
