目的选取68例癫痫患者,探讨心理护理及健康教育对癫痫患者服药依从性及社会功能的影响。方法选取68例癫痫患者,通过随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各34例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上给予心理护理及健康教育,对比两组干预2周后服药依从性,6个月后进行社会功能(工作与职业、家庭外社会活动、家庭职能、计划性与责任感、个人生活自理)评分。结果研究组服药依从率为88.24%(30/34),对照组为67.65%(23/34),两组比较,P<0.05;研究组工作与职业、家庭外社会活动、家庭职能、计划性与责任感、个人生活自理等社会功能评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论实施心理护理及健康教育可有效提高癫痫患者服药依从性,改善其社会功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of psychological nursing and health education on medication adherence and social function in 68 epileptic patients. Methods Sixty-eight patients with epilepsy were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group with 34 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing. The study group gave psychological nursing and health education on the basis of routine nursing. The compliance of medication and medication in two groups were compared after two weeks intervention. Six months later, social function (work and occupation, social activities outside family, family function , Planning and responsibility, self-care of personal life). Results The compliance rate was 88.24% (30/34) in the study group and 67.65% (23/34) in the control group, P <0.05. The study group’s work and occupation, social activities outside the family, family function, planning Social responsibility scores, such as responsibility and personal self-care, were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of psychological care and health education can effectively improve the medication adherence of patients with epilepsy and improve their social functions.
